Eight is enough

Brittany Zazula and Ben Davis climbed the property ladder one home at a time, renovating and reselling seven houses in eight years. Along the way, they learned the ins and outs of the design process and built relationships with some of London’s top trades.

Three years ago, the couple jumped at the opportunity to upgrade once again - to a home just around the corner. “We always admired this house when we walked the dog.” says Ben. “It had the space, the big windows, and the beautiful landscaping. When it became available, we immediately made an offer.”

A few days later, the couple discovered they were expecting their third child and decided this move would be their last.
