Grand Bend Developments - New business website copywriting

With beach communities tightening up the rules on Airbnbs, the team behind Grand Bend Developments decided the time is right to build luxury long-term rental apartment buildings just steps from Lake Huron. With projects already under construction, they needed a website to help get the word out.

Some of my best childhood memories were made in Grand Bend, so when I was asked if I'd like to write copy for the new site, I was happy to dive right in!

Copywriting Services Provided

This was a 5-page SEO website copywriting project for a new real estate development company in Grand Bend, Ontario. In addition to writing content for the Home and About Us pages, I worked with Grand Bend Developments to write copy for two luxury apartment buildings currently under construction: The Tides and The Carlyle.

Outcomes achieved

Together with Damian Box Branding, we created a website that captures the new, elevated living that Grand Bend Developments is bringing to this popular beach town.

Grand Bend Developments launched their new website in Spring 2022, and I'm looking forward to watching them bring new life to one of my favourite vacation spots.
